- Business name, email, and phone (for vendor accounts)
- Payment information (processed by Paystack — we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfil your data bundle orders
- To send order confirmations and receipts
- To manage vendor accounts and wallet balances
- To prevent fraud and ensure platform security
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We may share your data with:
- Paystack — our payment processor, to complete transactions securely
- Mobile network operators — only the recipient phone number, to deliver the bundle
- Legal authorities — where required by Ghanaian law or court order
4. Data Retention
We retain transaction records for a minimum of 5 years as required by Ghanaian financial regulations. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authenticate your account. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.
6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled entirely by Paystack and is never stored on our servers.
